New Level Coffee & Bakery is open 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day, Monday through Sunday. There's no later start on Saturday and no shorter Sunday schedule.

What should I get before work?
Before work, the simplest answer is an espresso or an Americano — small and direct, or long and black if you want something to hold onto for the drive.
If you'd rather have milk in it, the espresso drinks cover the usual range:
- Cappuccino — espresso with a thick, soft layer of milk foam
- Latte — milkier and milder, the gentlest way into the morning
- Caramel Macchiato — for anyone who wants their coffee a little sweet
- Iced Latte — the one most people reach for once it gets warm, which in Pompano Beach is most of the year
If you haven't eaten yet, a slice of Chicken Quiche travels well in a bag.
Are you open on Saturday and Sunday mornings?
Yes — we open at 7:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday, exactly as we do on a weekday. Weekend mornings are when the cake case does the most work, because the cakes are made in-house daily and sold by the slice.
A cappuccino with a slice of Honey Cake is the classic pairing: medovik is an Eastern European cake built from many thin honey layers with a soft cream filling, traditionally sour-cream based. If you prefer something flakier, Napoleon stacks thin puff-pastry layers with custard cream — the Eastern European take on mille-feuille.
Beyond those, there's Pistachio & Raspberry, Strawberry, Chocolate & Blueberry, Snickers, Honey & Raspberry, and a Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert Cup with cheesecake filling, strawberry sauce, and cookie crumb.
What's good in the afternoon?
In the afternoon, most people come in for something cold rather than something hot. The lemonades are the easiest place to start: Fresh Lemonade, Peach Lemonade, Lime & Mint, Mandarin, and Strawberry Lemonade.
If you still want coffee at two in the afternoon, there's Iced Latte, Iced Coffee, and Iced Mocha. For something greener, there's Iced Matcha Latte, and Iced Tea Premium if you'd rather skip coffee altogether. We also keep premium teas on the menu.
Since we close at 6:00 PM, late afternoon is a good window — you have until six to pick up a slice of cake to take home.
Is there anything to eat, not just coffee?
Yes — there's savory food alongside the coffee and cakes. The two to know are Chicken Quiche, which is substantial enough to count as a real meal, and beef samsa, a baked hand pie filled with beef.
On the sweet side, cinnamon rolls come in several flavors, including a Caramel Peanut Cinnamon Roll — soft, gooey, and loaded with caramel and peanuts. The whole range sits on the menu together, so you can put together a light breakfast or an afternoon snack from the same case.

From Lighthouse Point it's about five minutes by car. People also come over from Deerfield Beach, from Fort Lauderdale, and from around Broward County, usually for the cakes.
