What savory food can you get here in the morning?
Two things: Chicken Quiche and beef samsa. That is the savory side of the menu at New Level Coffee & Bakery, and it is deliberately short — each one is substantial enough to count as a real breakfast, and both go well with a cup of coffee.
What is samsa?
Samsa is a baked pastry with a meat filling, traditional across Central Asia — ours is made with beef. The name and the shape are cousins to the Indian samosa, but the Central Asian version is classically baked in an oven rather than fried, which gives it a firmer, bread-like outside instead of a crisp, bubbled one.
In the places it comes from, samsa is ordinary, everyday food: something you pick up, eat standing or sitting, and get on with your day. That is more or less how it works here too. If you have never had one, it is a good first thing to try — familiar enough that nothing about it is a surprise, specific enough that you will remember it.
What is the Chicken Quiche like?
Chicken Quiche is a savory baked tart with a chicken filling — the French classic, and one of the few baked things that genuinely works at any point in the morning. It is soft and savory rather than dry, and it does not need anything added to it.
Choosing between the two is mostly a question of how you like to eat. Samsa is the handheld one. The quiche is the sit-down one — a little gentler, a little more of a plate-and-fork breakfast, and the one most people pair with something milky like a cappuccino.

Which coffee goes best with them?
An Americano is the easiest match for either one — clean and unsweetened, so it doesn't compete with a savory filling. Beyond that, the specialty coffee menu covers Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Caramel Macchiato and Iced Latte.
- Beef samsa — Americano or Espresso, if you want the coffee to stay out of the way
- Chicken Quiche — Cappuccino or Latte, for something rounder alongside it
- A warm morning — an Iced Latte, or one of the fresh lemonades and cold drinks

Can you have something sweet afterward?
Yes — the cakes are made in-house daily and sold by the slice, so a savory start and a sweet finish is an easy order. The Honey Cake (medovik) is the one to try first: many thin honey layers with a soft cream filling, a classic of Eastern European baking. The Napoleon is the other traditional choice, built from thin puff-pastry layers with custard cream.
If you would rather see everything at once, there is a full list of the cakes and desserts, including Pistachio & Raspberry, Strawberry, Chocolate & Blueberry, Snickers and Honey & Raspberry.
