Can I work from New Level Coffee & Bakery?
Yes — we invite you to bring your laptop and work from the cafe. We have fast free Wi-Fi and comfortable seating, and we're a dine-in and takeout shop, so you can stay a while or grab your coffee and go.

What are the Wi-Fi and hours like?
The Wi-Fi is free and fast, and we're open every day from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM — Monday through Sunday, weekends included. That's eleven hours a day, seven days a week, which covers most of the ways a remote workday actually goes.
- Early morning: we open at 7:00 AM, before most calendars fill up.
- Midday: a long stretch for deep work, with lunch within arm's reach.
- Late afternoon: last orders before 6:00 PM, when the light on McNab Road turns gold.
- Weekends: same hours Saturday and Sunday, for students and catch-up sessions.
What should I drink while I work?
Start with an espresso drink and adjust from there. We make Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Caramel Macchiato, and Iced Latte — the core of a specialty coffee menu, built to carry you through a few hours of focus.
When South Florida heat makes a hot cup feel like a bad idea, we pour Iced Coffee, Iced Mocha, Iced Matcha Latte, and Iced Tea Premium. We also make lemonades fresh: Fresh Lemonade, Peach, Lime & Mint, Strawberry, and Mandarin. And we keep premium teas for the part of the afternoon when you'd rather not add more caffeine.
Is there food for a long work session?
There is — enough to get you from breakfast through the afternoon without leaving your table. Our Chicken Quiche is a proper savory bite, and so is our beef samsa, a baked hand pie with a substantial filling. Both eat well one-handed while the other hand stays on the keyboard.
For something sweeter, we bake cinnamon rolls in several flavors, including a Caramel Peanut Cinnamon Roll that's soft, gooey, and loaded with caramel and peanuts. There's also a Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert Cup — cheesecake filling, strawberry sauce, cookie crumb — for the three o'clock slump.
What about the cakes?
Our cakes are made in-house daily and sold by the slice, and they're a good reason to take a real break from the screen. The European-style lineup includes Pistachio & Raspberry, Strawberry, Chocolate & Blueberry, Snickers, and Honey & Raspberry.
Two are worth knowing by name. Honey Cake, or medovik, is a classic Eastern European cake — many thin honey layers with a soft cream filling, traditionally sour-cream based. Napoleon is the Eastern European mille-feuille: many thin puff-pastry layers with custard cream between them. Either one goes well with a cappuccino and a paused document.
Where is the cafe, and who comes here to work?
We're at 698 East McNab Road in north Pompano Beach, and we see remote workers and students from across Broward County. Lighthouse Point is about five minutes away by car, and people drive over from Deerfield Beach and Fort Lauderdale too.
